Metabolic Harmony+ uses Heart Rate Variability (HRV), heart rate, and related physiological signals in combination with your subjective input, to help you observe patterns in how your body responds to meals, stress, sleep and exercise. It is built on measurable signals that go beyond estimates, providing health trends and patterns based on your own inputs, not population averages. Personalized Wellness Check Features
Session Type Screen: From the Monitor screen press Start and select Session Type. The "Morning Checkup" is your daily 3 minute reading that is followed by your subjective questionnaires about exercise, state of your body, and sleep. The "Anytime Check Up" option will measure stress and HRV for as long as you like until you press Stop. After the Anytime Checkup the user’s metrics will fill the screen: heart rate, HRV, stress level, current mood.
Monitor Stress Screen:
At the top you see your HRV score which is on a scale from 0-100 (higher number is generally better) and your heart rate. You can select your mood by tapping the smily face. Below that the EKG animation actually beats with your heart beats!. The stress meter shows your stress levels from relaxed blue to stressed red. The little stats button right of the timer flips this window around, displaying other real-time metrics including real time "RR Intervals" and other HRV parameters.
Questionnaire 1:
Metabolic Harmony+ Subjective questionnaire is used in addition to HRV to determine morning readiness. This requires one to tune in to their body and pay attention in ways that they may otherwise not even notice. These metrics are combined with morning HRV to determine overall Harmony score.
Questionnaire 2:
Metabolic Harmony+ next Subjective questionnaire is used in addition to HRV and the previous questionnaire to determine morning readiness and your daily score and recommendations. This requires one to pay attention in to their sleep and body in ways that they may otherwise not even notice. These metrics are combined with morning HRV to determine overall harmony score.
Harmony Score:
After completing the HRV session and the 2 questionnaires, your Harmony Score and daily recommendations screen shows you where you are and offers advice so that you will have a successful day of new habits and lifestyle changes. The score ranges from Restore and Reset to Steady, Build and Thrive, each with appropriate daily suggesions.
Morning Harmony Score:
The Morning Harmony Score screen shows you your ongoing morning readiness/willpower score. The current data point will be in "good to go, strong willpower" blue or "slow morning, low willpower" red. This allows you to see your current state and plan your day accordingly!
